Installation
1. Mechanical connection
It can be installed directly on the hydraulic pipeline through the pressure pipe joint (G1/4 or others). In critical applications, such as severe vibration or impact, the pressure pipe coupling can be mechanically decoupled through miniature hoses.
Note: when the range is less than 100KPa, it must be installed vertically.
2. Electrical connection:
(1) output: 4-20ma
1 (red) : power + 2 (yellow) : power -
3 (blue) : 4-20ma + 4 (green) : 4-20ma -
(2) output: modbus-rs485
1 (red) : power + 2 (yellow) : power -
3 (blue) : RS485+ 4 (green) : RS485-
(3) output: 1-10v wiring
1 (brown) : V+ 2 (blue) : GND
3 (black) : OUT
In order to prevent the influence of electromagnetic interference, the following matters should be paid attention to:
keep line connections short
use shielding wire
try to avoid direct access to user devices or electrical and electronic devices that cause interference
if the miniature hose installation, the shell must be separately grounded
Use instructions
1. The instrument storage and use is suitable in the environment temperature is -20ºC~70ºC, the humidity is less than 80% of the occasion.
2. When connecting the pipe line, the instrument connector should be flat and concentric.
3. When the instrument is connected to the power supply, it shall operate with reference to the 5.2 electrical connection. After the operation is confirmed to be correct, the power supply can be connected to operate.
