QYB106 pressure transmitters based on the thin film sensing element,Whole welded structure without O-ring,with extensive measurement range,high accuracy and temperature applications,It as been engineered for the measurement of liquid and gas pressures in a diverse range of industrial and special applications, including: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Medical, Chemical, Food Processing, Barometers,etc. wide choice of electrical output signals to meet operational requirements.Constructed from stainless steel with a ceramic diaphragm , the QYB106 series are extremely rugged yet of compact design.

 

It adopts sputtering technology as pressure sensitive element, to produce micro lever resistance film by the way of molecular bonding on the stainless steel membrane which directly acted by pressure medium. Then it creates the required Wheatstone Bridge through microelectronic process to constitute all metal type sensitive element without any adhesive and moving components, no sealing cavity, no oil filling cavity. So it is very suitable to be used in hostile environment with the long-term high stability. The product is widely used in aerospace, transportation, engineering machinery, hydraulic power, petrochemical, generator set, metallurgical manufacturing, medical equipment, food processing and other various automatic control and measurement industries.
