Portable Gas Mass Flow Meter
Gas Mass Flow Meter measures flow using calorime-tric massflow sensor, which  is installed in the  flow channel forming a plate that serves as an additio-nal flow conditioner from the boundary layer configura-tion resulting in a laminar flow. The massflow measurement is established as the fluid carries heat away from the heater causing the redistribution  of the temperature field.Accurate flow rate is obtained by calibration with the standard fluid at the preset conditions.
