Overview
This product is used to measure and control the pressure of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine. The pressure transmitter uses the piezoresistive sensor with stainless steel diaphragm as the signal measuring element, and is tested automatically by computer. The zero point and sensitivity temperature compensation are carried out by laser resistance adjusting technology. The amplifier circuit is located in the stainless steel housing and converts the sensor signal to a standard output signal. The whole product has undergone strict testing and aging of components, semi-finished products and finished products.
With its excellent reliability, wide adaptability, flexibility and diversity of products, the product is widely used in coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment pressure measurement and control.

Installation
1. During the installation process, ensure that the transmitter is firmly tightened before pressure measurement; Before disassembly, disconnect the power supply and ensure that the valve of the measured medium is turned off to reduce the pressure to normal pressure before disassembly, so as to avoid the media ejection accident.
2. For explosion-proof work places, install the cables in dangerous places and measure the voltage with power after the cables are connected. Avoid live operation in dangerous places. Incorrect operation will cause serious personal injury and material loss.
3. Please note that when installing the transmitter, the selected cable should not be lower than the protection level of the transmitter, and the cable should be correctly connected according to the wiring diagram. If the shielded cable is used, the shielding layer should be connected to the ground terminal in the body and ensure reliable connection.
