Product Description

Overview
This product is designed based on the principle of tuning fork, which vibrate  uses  inherent frequency   of  piezoelectric crystals. And also, it can continuously monitored as for  this frequency changes.
When it used for  low alarm use, the liquid in the container tends to the lower discharge flows through the tuning fork, causing the natural frequency change that is detected by electronic components ,while switching output state.
When use for high alarm,  the liquid inside the container rises and connects with the tuning fork  can also be switched to the output state.

The natural frequency of the tuning fork (1000Hz), in order to prevent interference from the vibration of the equipment itself, which may cause the wrong switching action of the tuning fork, the length of the tuning fork is short, so that the length of the extension into the container or pipe is minimized.
Extensive research has led to the tuning fork design to achieve the highest operating frequency, thus make the product suitable for all liquid packages,  includes coating solution (eliminate tuning fork bonding), aerated liquid and slurry.
