Overview
LWGY series turbine flow sensors (hereinafter referred to as sensors) are based on torque balance elements theory, belongs to the velocity type flow meter. The sensor is cemented carbide bearing thrust type, which not only ensures accuracy, but also improves wear resistance.In petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, water supply, paper and other industries, it is widely used as the ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy saving.
The sensor is used in conjunction with the display instrument and is suitable for measuring in closed pipes and stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13 and corundum Al2O3, cemented carbide do not corrode, and no fiber liquid with impurities such as dimension and particle. If it is matched with a display instrument with special functions, it can also be carried out quantitative control, overdosage alarm, etc. The sensor is suitable for use at operating temperatures with viscosity less than 5×10-6m2 /s of the medium; for viscosity greater than5×10-6m2 /s of liquid, the sensor can come into use after solid liquid calibration.
Tips:If the user needs to use a special form of sensor, the order can be negotiable.When explosion-proof sensor is needed, specify this in the order.
