QYK104B Pressure Switch

Constant pressure controller QYK104 is pressure measurement & control product with intelligent digital display, it is combined the functions of pressure measurement, display, output and control. This product is made with entire electronic structure, and built isolated-membrane pressure sensor in its front end. Its output signal is amplified through high accuracy & low temperature swift amplifier, then is input high accuracy A/D converter, and processed by microprocessor, the processed signal controls two-way switch, to realize the pressure measurement and control for systems.

1.4 digit LED Switch value can be set from zero to full scale freely;
2.The outer case is equipped with light emitting diode (LED), is easy for abserving operation;
3.Operation is easy; the pressed key is for adjustment and parameters setting on the spot;

1. Mechanical connection

It can be directly mounted in the hydraulic pipe by the connecting thread. In critical application,such as server vibration or shock,soft hose is recommended to use.

2. Electrical connection

To avoid electromagnetic interference,please know:

(1)the cable system should be as short as possible
(2)To use shielded wire

(3)To keep way from any interference resources,for example,electric appliances and devices.If installed by soft hose,its body should be grounded independently.
