Air Collector for Measuring of High Temperature 2-Wires 4-20mA Level Transmitter
QYB203 is used in various levels measuring in petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electric power, pharmacy, water supply, and environmental protection. It can display onsite and transmit to standard signals such as 4-20mA, RS485, and HART. It is been used for high-temperature conditions, or to measure oil, fuel, gasoline.

Signal terminal is put into the electrical box, please take down the cover before connecting wire. The power is connected by the signal wire, there is no need to connect other wire.
Signal wire adopts twisted pair. We recommend the
shielded wire in the situation with serious
electromagnetic interference and please properly
connect the wire to the ground .Don't put the signal
cables into a metal tube with other power cables or
put them in the same slot, and decorate the wire far
away from strong electric facilities.
1.Range Setting
The setting supports Range Zoom without pressure
sources. IU-L represents 4mA, IU-H represents
20mA.
2. Amplification Factor: Changing Amplification
Factor could change the value shows on the screen.

3. Null point Span
Supporting null point span without pressure
sources. After setting this value, the number

4. Filter factor
To prevent display value change from pressure
fluctuation. Optional value:0-5. The higher this
value is, the more stable and hysteretic the display
value is. (Filter factor would not influence current
output)
1. Please connect wire according to the drawing, there will be no signal if wrong connecting. Transmitter can work after connecting power, but it is better to preheat it for 30mins to get the stale signal.
2. This transmitter is suitable for medium which is non-corrosive to stainless steel and silicon.(Except the anti corrosive model)
3. The maximum pressure of the measured system shall not exceed the rated overload value. The transmitter's back pressure side shall not be directly connected to conductive or corrosive liquid or gas. The vents of the sealed level air-guide cable should not be blocked.
4. It is strictly forbidden to push sharp and hard things into the pressure output hole, and the flush diaphragm type transmitter can't collide with anything like hands.
5. This product is precise measuring instrument. It is strictly forbidden to break, strongly clamp, disassemble or poke the pressure hole with sharp metal instruments.
6. Non-professionals should not disassemble theinstrument circuit board or change other devices.
12 months warranty period from the receipt of products except following situations:
a. Disassemble the circuit board or part;
b. Damage the circuit due to thunderstrike or strong current;
c. Power voltage over 28V, results in damage of circuit board;
d. Water or other liquid inflow in electrical box;
e. Out of measuring range;
f. Damage of whole/part product or sensor rod manually
