The QYB221 magnetic float ball level transmitter is mainly composed of three parts: magnetic float ball, sensor and transmitter. When the magnetic float changes according to the liquid level and floats up and down along the conduit, the reed switch at the corresponding position in the magnetic steel suction sensor in the float changes the total resistance of the sensor, and then the change of the resistance is converted by the transmission circuit and output the current signal 4-20mA. This type of product has a simple principle, high reliability, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and accurate measurement. It is the perfect instruments for urban tap water, sewage treatment and hydrological monitoring. The imported high-quality reed switch is used as the detection component and has a long service life. The meter can overcome the effects of false liquid levels caused by liquid foam. It is widely used in refining, chemical, paper, food and sewage treatment industries.
a. The output signal of the two-wire instrument is the loop current. The load impedance calculation formula is (VCC-10)/20, so the load impedance exceeds this value, the transmitter does not get enough voltage, and the work will be inaccurate.
b. If the medium is corrosion, high temperature, impurity or suspended matter, should inform us before the order, providing special floats, materials or special dimensions.
c. Since the reed pipe is fragile, the instrument is strictly forbidden to be beaten.
d. The display is synchronized with the current, so please check the transmission line and the receiving device if the display is normal but the current is abnormal.
e. 12 months warranty period from the receipt of products except following situations: disassemble the circuit board or part, damage the circuit due to thunderstrike or strong current, power voltage over 30V, results in damage of circuit board, water or other liquid inflow in electrical box, out of measuring range, damage of whole/part product or sensor rod manually.
